Thank you for considering Zaftig for your event! Our beer and our space can accommodate a wide range of casual events. 

Our taproom space can accommodate up to 60 seated/80 standing and is available during business hours. Depending on the size of your party, you will either have access to the back of the taproom only or back of the taproom and the back of the brewery. We have a curtain installed that can section off your party for privacy if you'd like to use it. We do not have a walled off space or a space with a door for complete privacy, however. The remainder of the tap room will remain open to other patrons during your event. 

You can bring in your own food, decorations/supplies and non-alcoholic beverages; please just be sure to clean up/remove leftovers or trash at the end of your party. You are allowed 30 minutes prior to and after your event for set up and tear down.  

If you are having special items delivered, please let us know. We will notify our staff and bar manager to make sure everything goes smoothly. 

All parties are welcome to have a tour of the brewery, with advance notice. 

Some events may be held outside of normal business hours; please note that bar staff is not provided for these events, but the space is made available. Please inquire further at   events@zaftigbrewing.com for more details. 

If you are a non-profit group interested in holding a fundraiser in our space, please contact us for more information using the form at the bottom of this page. 


If you want to have space reserved for your group, you will need to make a reservation for a fee. If you want to meet up informally, that's also great! You don't necessarily need to let us know; but if you're expecting a big crowd a head's up is always nice. We will serve your group amongst all other guests, first come, first served. To give us a head’s up, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. 



Note: there is a minimum rental time of two hours. 

Monday - Thursday, Sunday - $75/hour 

Friday, Saturday - $100/hour 



A deposit of half the rental fee is required to confirm your reservation. The remainder of your rental fee is due at the time of your event. All fees can be paid with either cash, card or check. Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs within 3 days of the scheduled event. 


All beer must be purchased and poured at the bar. We do not provide a private bar or bar staff for events. We do not require a drink minimum.  

You can start a group tab for your guests or have them be responsible for their own drinks. If you plan to pay for your guests' drinks, we ask that a responsible party provide a credit card at the start of the event to track your tab. (We scan your card once at the beginning and hand the card back right away.) Guests only need to mention the party name when ordering, and we'll add their drinks to your tab. If you prefer, we can utilize a drink ticket or wristband system. 

Standard pricing for tastings and pours applies. Beer offerings and pricing will vary based on the season. A current draft and pricing list will be provided to you for budgeting purposes. 

Rentals do not include gratuity for our bar staff. Please don’t forget to tip!


You are welcome to bring in your own food or catering for your event. Note, if we have a food truck on site during your event, we strongly encourage you to patronize them so that we can strengthen our relationships with them. We can provide contact info upon request.  

We do not have a catering kitchen, prep space or catering staff. If you are bringing in outside catering, we encourage them to contact us and/or visit our space, so they can plan accordingly. Guests are responsible for set up, clean up, plates, utensils, etc.



Ample parking is available in front of and on the side of our building. After 5 p.m. there is additional parking in the spaces in front of the other businesses adjacent to ours. 

We ask that you do not bring your own music/DJ or karaoke machines for the consideration of other customers.  

Decorating the space for your event is allowed and encouraged, however, nails, tape/adhesives on our walls, and glitter/confetti are not permitted. 

Please remember that we are a production brewery. Depending on our brewing schedule, brewing may be going on at the time of your event and slight changes to our layout may occur. We will inform you if any changes that could affect capacity or interfere with your event.
